Flexible Care & Support, Planned Around You
Windmill Lodge Supported Living provides supported living and accommodation-based support for adults aged 18 and over.
Based in Northfleet, we support adults who may need structure, reassurance and practical help with everyday life. Our main focus is supporting adults with learning disabilities, autistic adults, people with mental health needs and adults with complex or overlapping support needs.
Support is planned around the person’s assessed needs, communication style, routines, strengths, risks, preferences and goals. This may include help with daily living, independence skills, emotional wellbeing, community access, tenancy responsibilities and personal care where applicable.
We welcome enquiries from families, carers, social workers, commissioners, local authorities and healthcare professionals looking for suitable supported living options.
Support Planned Around the Person
Every adult we support has different needs, abilities and goals. Some people may need help building a daily routine. Others may need more consistent guidance with communication, independence, emotional wellbeing, community access or managing a tenancy.
Before support begins, we complete a pre-assessment. This helps us understand what the person needs now, what they want to work towards and what level of support is safe, suitable and realistic. From there, we create a personalised support plan that can be reviewed as the person’s needs, confidence or circumstances change.

Supported Living and Accommodation-Based Support

Supported Living Services
Our supported living service helps adults receive the right level of guidance while maintaining as much independence as possible.
Support may include help with daily routines, appointments, personal organisation, community access, tenancy responsibilities, confidence building, emotional wellbeing and personal care where applicable.
The aim is to support the person to live more safely, confidently and independently, with support planned around their assessed needs.

Accommodation-Based Support
For adults who need a stable and supportive place to live, Windmill Lodge provides accommodation-based support planned around individual needs.
This may suit people who need daily structure, reassurance, longer-term support or help managing everyday life in a supported living environment.

Where regulated activity applies, support will be delivered in line with relevant care standards, legal responsibilities and agreed care planning requirements.
